USER : any individual using the app
Parent/guardian: legal guardian responsible for children under minimum age
Students: minors or major user
Teachers: individuals that will be inserting question
Eligibility
Our targeted Users are students, teachers and parents:
This app is designed for educational purposes and may be used with children or adults
Students of primary school age from 6 to 13 should be under close supervision of parents.
Students from secondary school can be under minimal supervision from their parents
Teachers are required with diploma or bachelor Degree for primary and secondary education, teachers will be strictly monitored by the system
General adult will follow the system conditions
User accounts
A student: will create his/her own personal account but if under 15 will be under supervised under a parent
An adult: can create a user account of his/her own
Certain features may require you to create an account
Your responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your log in details
You agree not to share your account with others
Acceptable use
When using the app you agree NOT to
Use the app unlawful or harmful
Post, share, or distribute offensive harmful or discriminatory content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the app
Sell, redistribute or reproduce any content from the app without permission
Educational Content and intellectual property
All learning materials, texts, graphics, videos and other content within the app are owned by QUIZPREP or its licensors
You may only use the content personal, non-commercial education purposes

Payment and subscriptions
Some services may require payment or subscription
By making payment you agree to provide accurete billing information
All payments are final and non-refundable except when required by law
We may change subscription fees at any time but users will be notified in advance
